Japan uniqueness to use the things "Foot bath Shinkansen"

East Japan Railway company is about to introduce a new rail "shinkansen" that could provide the high service for the commuters,which has never been provided by any of the train company in Japan.
What will make this new train different than any other train in Japan. Yes, this may be the question for so many people, if you are one of those, then let us reveille that the new train will be on track from July 19 providing Passengers on the newest Shinkansen to join East Japan Railway Co.'s (JR East) fleet of trains which  will be able to relieve aching feet with a foot bath, and then congregate in a lounge for drinks.
Dubbed "Toreiyu Tsubasa," the six-car train will make one round trip a day, mainly at weekends, between Fukushima and Shinjo stations--a roughly two-hour journey--on the Yamagata Shinkansen Line starting July 19 for a limited run.
